Candidates should be aware that at some point in a public sector search process, public announcement or disclosure may become necessary as governed by State law (i.e. open records law) or an organization's own internal guidelines.  By accepting this Privacy Policy, candidates acknowledge that each job search may have an inherent risk of exposure or an unforeseen breach of confidentiality beyond the control of the Employer and PRO.

Candidates and Employers are assured that PRO will not release or sell information to third parties or unauthorized users. Additionally, we do not allow any form of open access to your resume or other personal information. Only the Employer and PRO will have access to your information.
